Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-03
Keepin helps you organize personal records such as receipts, warranties, return deadlines, subscriptions and expiry dates, and reminds you before they pass. Recognized values and reminders are aids — please double-check important deadlines yourself.
These terms govern your use of Keepin (the “app”) provided by WEFTWARE (the “developer”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. This is not legal advice, and consumer rights that the law gives you are unaffected.
1. A tool for keeping records
The app helps organize personal records and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Dates, amounts and periods suggested by text recognition can be wrong. Please check them before saving.
2. Reminders are an aid
Reminders may arrive late or not at all depending on device settings, battery saver and operating-system policy. Please also check important deadlines such as returns, refunds and warranties in the app. The developer is not liable for losses from a missed reminder, except where the law says otherwise.
3. Free and Premium
- The free version needs no account, has limits on records and attachments, and shows ads.
- Premium is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Price and period are shown on the app’s Premium screen and in the App Store / Google Play.
- Signing in to an account is required to activate Premium.
- Payment is charged to your Apple (or Google Play) account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions (App Store) or Play Store > Payments & subscriptions (Google Play). After cancelling, Premium continues until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Records you saved are never deleted or locked when a subscription ends; you can still open and edit them.
- After reinstalling or switching devices, use More > Restore purchases.
4. Your data is yours to look after
Records and attachments live only on your device, so the developer cannot recover them for you. Deleting the app or losing the device can lose your records; we recommend a device backup or the app’s encrypted backup file. The backup password is not stored and cannot be recovered.
5. Accounts
Please keep your account secure. An account can have up to 3 registered devices. You can delete your account in the app; server data is deleted within 7 days. Cancel the subscription separately in the store.
6. Please don’t
- Hack, reverse engineer or overload the app or its servers.
- Use someone else’s account without permission or misrepresent subscription entitlement.
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
7. Limits of liability
The app is provided “as is”. Except for intent or gross negligence, and where the law does not allow limiting liability, the developer is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to these terms
When the terms change we update the date above and announce important changes in the app or release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
